We offer a diverse range of cultural events and physical activities for all tastes. Our program includes art, dance and yoga classes, lively bingo sessions, professionally led exercise sessions, and music sessions for group entertainment. Each person at his own pace ! Our goal is to entertain you while maintaining your physical and mental vitality. In addition to our on-site activities, we organize day trips, monthly excursions, trips to the mall, and many other varied activities. For those seeking tranquility, we offer a space for contemplation as well as a weekly mass.
Physical activity
It is important to stay active on a daily basis. You can enjoy our indoor salt pool and all the activities on the program. Participating in group exercises in the pool or in the training room is fun while keeping in shape.
